Things don’t look good. Kensi and Deeks find a bomb and run from the scene just before a Coroner’s van explodes. The promo ends with Deeks giving the score of “bad guys 1, cops 0.” Fans should take note of the fact that Peter Cambor is listed on the press release as Nate Getz-it looks like he’s returning to the series-but is it for good or just an one-episode appearance?
LL Cool J plays the role of Special Agent Sam Hanna, an ex-Navy SEAL, who works in the undercover unit of NCIS in Los Angeles, and is also fluent in Arabic and an expert on Middle Eastern culture.[8] Peter Cambor and Daniela Ruah are cast as a psychologist named Nate and forensic investigator named Kensi, respectively; Louise Lombard, who had been confirmed to play the role of lead agent Lara Macy, was not a regular in the new series, and the character was killed off during an episode of NCIS. Rocky Carroll, who plays Director Leon Vance on NCIS, appeared in six of the first 13 episodes. He made a seventh appearance in “Hunted”.
